The people who were involved in this entire incident have been able to earn a profit of more than 2 crores over the period of 2 years. A question has been raised against the food department which did not even take into consideration any kind of Investigation with respect to the quality of the goods and authenticity of the same. The police have ordered an investigation and also filed a complaint to arrest these men who were involved in this fraudulent activity.
According to the sources it was possible to discover around 7 to 8 quintals of ghee and butter. A group of 11 people has been involved in this entire incident and the police have taken them into custody but only a few of them have been arrested so far. It is important to note that out of so many people only 5 people have been taken into custody and the rest of them have decided to run away from the police. It is only with the help of adequate support that these people can be caught and strict investigation can take place against them.
